Methodology: For this research, a literature review, selection of scientific articles and application of the PRISMA method was carried out.
Results: 14 publications were obtained according to the inclusion, exclusion and keywords criteria for review.

Thanks to important studies carried out in recent decades, a controversy over the benefits and risks has subsided. potentials.
Conclusions: Hormonal Therapy is safe in healthy women in the early menopausal period, corroborating that the treatment does reduce symptoms. The treatment is fully recommended for patients where their quality of life is being significantly affected.
