The Official Nurses Association of Malaga is fully aware of the importance of privacy and data protection and, to that end, has implemented a data processing policy aimed to provide the maximum security possible in terms of using and collecting data, thus guaranteeing the compliance with the current legislation and establishing this policy as one of the basic foundations of our entity’s lines of action.

While browsing through the website, personal data may be required to improve the user experience, get in contact with them (upon request only) or receive emails from the Official Nurses Association of Malaga, such as newsletters, gazettes, etc. This information will be stored on the archives of the Official Nurses Association of Malaga.

The purpose of processing the data provided in the website, blogs or social networks related to the Official Nurses Association of Malaga is: to answer the queries and communications received both through our website and social networks, to include your data in our databases, to manage our own activity and, finally, to send you information (if so requested) regarding our services. In all of our communications you will be given the possibility to unsubscribe. Alternatively, you may send an email to oficina@colegioenfermeriamalaga.es stating your will not to receive further communications. You can request further information on our services through our website.


Legitimacy of data processing:

The legitimacy for processing the data you may provide through the website refers to your consent for having sent a query or having registered as a user in order to receive information or having sent an email asking for information on our services.

Data will be stored as long as the rightful interests for which they were originally provided remain valid and providing that the party in question has not removed them.


Exercise of rights:

The rights of Access, Rectification, Removal, Opposition, Limitation of Data Processing and Portability may be exercised by sending a written communication to the Data Protection delegate at the Nursing School address or by sending an email to dpd@colegioenfermeriamalaga.es. In both cases, an identity proof from the sender is required. If you consider that our data processing does not comply with the current legislation, you may submit a complaint to the supervisory control at http://www.agpd.es.
